The amenities were impressive, particularly the
private onsen options, which we enjoyed immensely. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, but we faced some issues with communication regarding our dinner reservations, which caused unnecessary stress during our stay.

Incredible variety of private baths, beautiful riverside view, unique onsen experience
No bath in the room was disappointing!!! Also, if you're taller than average, bring your own sandals because theirs don't accommodate larger sizes!!!

Had an amazing time with friends! The private onsens were fantastic, and we also enjoyed some table tennis. The service was top-notch, and the overall vibe was relaxing. I highly recommend checking out the outdoor onsens for a unique experience.
One downside was the front desk staff. they weren’t as welcoming during check-in, which put a bit of a damper on our arrival.

The private baths here were fantastic! We loved having our own space, especially the unique options available. The spacious deluxe room fit our family well, and it was a treat to enjoy traditional cuisine in our private dining area with our dog by our side.
In my wife’s opinion, clearer communication about meals would enhance the experience for families.

great onsen experience but limited room space
The hospitality exceeded my expectations. The range of different types of onsen provided a unique experience for my family. We particularly enjoyed the stunning flavors of the set dinner and breakfast, which left us wanting more. The river view added a serene touch to our stay.
However, the room felt a bit cramped for our family size.
